Ingredientes

Preparación

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot and lower the heat to medium for a gentle boil.
  2. Lower the eggs in with a spoon, one at a time, so they don't crack.
  3. Soft (creamy yolk): 7 minutes. Hard (firm yolk): 11 minutes.
  4. Move them right away to a bowl of water and the ice for 5 minutes: they peel easily and the yolk doesn't turn green.
  5. Peel them under running water and season with the salt. Unpeeled hard-boiled eggs keep 7 days in the fridge; for pregnant women and small children, use hard-boiled.
