Ingredientes

Preparación

  1. Disuelva el azúcar en el café frío.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the sugar in the cold coffee.
  2. Beat the cream cheese with the condensed milk and vanilla until smooth. Separately, whip the cream to peaks and fold it into the cheese.
  3. Dip the ladyfingers quickly in the coffee (1 second per side, so they don't fall apart) and make a layer in an 8 × 8-inch dish.
  4. Cover with half the cream and repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the rest of the cream.
  5. Refrigerate at least 6 hours and dust with cocoa to serve. It has no raw egg (the ladyfingers do contain baked egg); the coffee's caffeine stays in the dessert.
